FAQ - Backgrounds won't play on desktop

Our backgrounds won't play on a computer desktop as they were not designed, produced or compressed to do so.

All Hypereye backgrounds, transitions and overlays are produced strictly for use in video production editing, broadcast and or presentation and requires both video software and video hardware.

Our animated backgrounds, transitions and overlays are designed to be used with a Non Linear Editing System, or NLE. An internal video card is needed as well to handle playback of video at the speeds required. Also needed would be an ample amount of ram, preferably 2 gigs or more, and a decent processor. Finally, because all of our animated backgrounds are formatted to Quicktime files, you would want to have the latest version of Quicktime installed on your computer.
