FAQ - Can I get a refund?

We cannot offer a refund on the purchase of any of our royalty free volumes.

Due to the nature of our product, duplication is just too simple to offer refunds. If we did, too often, people would order a volume, and then return it, but keep a copy of the volume. We could not possibly offer refunds.

It is important to know what you are purchasing before hand. We offer sample pages with stills and Quicktime motion samples to give you the best possible viewing of all of our products.

Certainly, if any of our product is defective in any way, or you order the wrong format, we will gladly and promptly exchange your order with the same.

Prior to purchasing any of our products, please feel free to contact us via email or phone to get any questions you may have answered. We are not here to push any of our animation products on you. We offer courteous help and assistance with all of our products without any hype or pushy sales of any kind - and that's a Hypereye promise!
