FAQ - Problems with NLE use and playback

Our video backgrounds must be used from your video drive, not directly from the DVDs:

If you experience problems with NLE use and playback, most often, the fix is too simple to even worry about!!

To edit within any of today's NLE platforms, you must have a dedicated hard drive on which to keep your video for editing. This "video hard drive" should be completely dedicated to holding your camera footage, video graphics, and of course, any of our backgrounds you wish to use in your video production. You shouldn't store anything else on this drive other than that of the media you are planning to use in your video production.

USING HYPEREYE BACKGROUNDS IN YOUR VIDEO PRODUCTION:

Prior to editing, you must copy any or all of the backgrounds from the DVD discs to your dedicated video hard drive. Most DVD rom drives cannot handle the rigorous access sppeds and or bandwidth required for video speeds, editing and playback. If you try to use our backgrounds directly from the DVD rom for anything, you will most likely experience slow playback, stalling, skipping playback, or even error messages. Remember, always copy the backgrounds from the DVD to your dedicated video hard drive for editing.

Due to copyright laws, and the laws governing royalty free media and use: If you are editing in another studio other than your own, please remember, YOU MUST remove all copies of any backgrounds that have been copied over to their systems and hard drives. Failure to completely remove all copied backgrounds, transitions or overlays from third party studios', hard drives would violate royalty free copyright laws.
